In some cases, part of your prescription may be filled by a pharmacy under common ownership with GenRx, in other cases, part of the prescription may be filled by another pharmacy or transferred to another pharmacy. You will be provided with the name of that pharmacy.
All patients of GenRx are reminded that you are always free to choose any pharmacy to receive pharmacy care services. However, not all pharmacies participate in all managed care payment networks or participate in co-pay coupon programs. GenRx is an in-network provider for the PruGen Solutions $0 Co-Pay program. GenRx also has the list of every other In-network pharmacy enrolled in the manufacturer’s co-pay coupon program.
If your prescription is eligible for the $0 dollar co-pay program administered by TPA Services, LLC on behalf of the manufacturer, GenRx can arrange for the transfer of your prescription order to an in-network pharmacy that is also part of your drug insurance pharmacy network. You have the option of denying permission to transfer your prescription order and to change your mind about transfers at any time.
If you do not want us to transfer your prescription, please call GenRx at 844-436-7928 for more information about delivery of your order.
Auto-refill qualifications include, but are not limited to:
The prescription cannot be for a controlled substance;
The prescription must not be paid for in whole or in part by a government-sponsored payor (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, DoD, FEHBP, etc.);
The prescription to be refilled must have active and valid refills;

The prescription to be auto-refilled must be eligible for payment by your commercial insurance provider. However, if you require a refill and your commercial insurance provider disallows the auto-refill, please call 844-436-7928 and we will be pleased to refill your prescription before you run out.
